About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 2, 2013 No. 283

According to Item 7, the subitem 2 of Item 43 and Item 48 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 2, 2013 No. 283 "About creation of the Advisory committee on interaction of monitoring bodies on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, modification of the Regulations on the Advisory committee on customs regulation and recognition voided some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Appendix

to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 19, 2015 No. 54

The changes made to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 2, 2013 No. 283

1. In Item 2 of the Regulations on the Advisory committee on interaction of monitoring bodies on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the specified Decision:

a) to add paragraph two after words of "divisions" with words ", and also from business communities of state members";

b) third to declare the paragraph invalid.

2. In the list of executive bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union which authorized representatives are included the Advisory committee on interaction of monitoring bodies on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, approved by the specified Decision:

a) add with the new Section I of the following content:
