About modification of the Regulations on the Advisory committee on interaction of monitoring bodies on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 7,the subitem 2 of Item 43 and Item 44 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix № 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Advisory committee on interaction of monitoring bodies on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 2, 2013 No. 283, the following changes:

a) state Item 19 in the following edition:

"19. Committee meeting is recognized competent if the representation of at least 1 member of the committee from each of state members is provided.

Members of the committee participate in its meetings personally, without the replacement right.

In case of impossibility of presence of the member of the committee at meeting he has the right beforehand (no later than 3 working days before date of committee meeting) to provide to the chairman of Committee the line item on cases in point in writing.";

b) state Item 21 in the following edition:

"21. Decisions of Committee are made by a simple majority vote the members of the committee participating in meeting.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
