Bring in the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2005, No. 19, Art. 1752; 2006, No. 50, Art. 5281; 2007, No. 31, Art. 4007; 2014, No. 42, Art. 5615; 2015, No. 24, Art. 3367; No. 41, Art. 5642) following changes:
1) Article 1.7 to add with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. In case of simultaneous entry into force of the provisions of the law canceling the administrative responsibility for deeds and establishing criminal liability for the same act, person is subject to the administrative responsibility based on the law existing during making of administrative offense.";
Item 5 of part 1 of Article 24.5 to state 2) in the following edition:
"5) recognition voided the law or its provision establishing the administrative responsibility for deeds, except for case of simultaneous entry into force of the provisions of the law canceling the administrative responsibility for deeds and establishing criminal liability for the same act;";
Item 2 of Article 31.7 to state 3) in the following edition:
"2) recognitions voided the law or its provision establishing the administrative responsibility for deeds, except for case of simultaneous entry into force of the provisions of the law canceling the administrative responsibility for deeds and establishing criminal liability for the same act;".
