About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning separate types of ocean ships
According to articles 43 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 7 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. "On single customs and tariff regulation of custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" to state subitem 7.1.10 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 to No. 130 in the following edition:
"7.1.10. Vessels are fishing, depot ships and other vessels for conversion and conservation of fish products, sea (code 8902 00 100 0 of the CN FEA EEU), registered in the register of courts of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union, floating under the flag of one of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, imported on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption till January 1, 2018 inclusive, on condition of representation in case of customs declaring of the documents confirming registration of courts in the register of courts of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union;".
2. Bring in the Procedure for application of exemption of customs duties when importing separate types of goods to single customs area of the Customs union approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of July 15, 2011 No. 728, the following changes:
a) declare Item 11 invalid;
b) in Item 15 of figure "7.1.8, 7.1.9" to replace with figures "7.1.8 - 7.1.10".
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
