About creation of Public institution "Design center for designing of new industrial technologies"

According to Articles 52 and 132 of the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Form Public institution "Design center for designing of new industrial technologies".

2. Add the List of the companies and organizations of system of the Industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2014, No. 147 "About the Industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan", the fortieth paragraph of the following content:

"Public institution" design center for designing of new industrial technologies".

3. To industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the State committee on investments and state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan to allocate to the specified Center studies in the used buildings of the Industry ministry and new technologies.
