About the Industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Approve the Provision, Structure of central office, the Scheme of management and the List of the companies and organizations of system of the Industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendices 1, 2, 3 and 4).

2. Establish the number of employees of central office of the Industry ministry and new technologies of 95 units (without service personnel).

3. Form as a part of the Industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan the State unitary enterprise "Angishti Tochik" and Public institution the "Sanoat Va to Technologies Nav" magazine.

4. Permit the Minister of Industry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan to have three deputies, including one first.

5. Establish for central office of the Industry ministry and new technologies limit of office automobile cars in number of 4 units.

6. To perform financing of central office of the Industry ministry and new technologies at the expense of means of the republican budget and other means according to the procedure, approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

7. To industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan in three-months time:

- provide offers on modification and amendments to industry regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- bring into accord the regulating documents with this resolution.

Regulations on the Industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan

I. General provisions

1. The industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - the Ministry) is the central executive body performing functions on conducting single state policy and normative legal regulation in spheres of the industry, fuel complex and development of new technologies including defense industry, mechanical engineering, conversion of metals and chemistry, mountain ores, construction materials, coal, food and processing industry.

2. The ministry performs management, coordination and control of activities of industrial bodies and companies, irrespective of pattern of ownership and departmental subordination.

- direct participation in forming and strategy implementation of development fuel, industrial and defense industry complex of the Republic of Tajikistan, planning and realization of new technologies on the basis of the state and industry programs;

- maintaining single scientific and technical, technological and innovative policy in industrial complex, and also carrying out research, educational, project and scientific and technical works in the priority directions, coordination of activities of scientific industrial bodies;

- development and submission to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of offers, new technologies, concerning planning major for national economy, enhancement of structure of research, educational and project institutions of system of the Ministry and their mobilization on accomplishment of the research works connected with realization of new technologies;

- ensuring coordinate activities of industrial enterprises and organizations and fuel complex, irrespective of patterns of ownership, and settlement of the cross-industry relations of state bodies in the industries which are within the competence of the Ministry;

- implementation of technical supervision over industrial facilities under construction and expert evaluation of new implementable technologies;

- development of the cross-industry development plan for new industrial technologies;

- increase in the technical and technological production rate in industrial enterprises;

- consolidation of communications of science and production;

- financing of research and laboratory and design works at the expense of all sources, including budget financing;
