Article 1. Add the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 19, 2013 "About periodicals and other mass media" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 3, the Art. 201) Articles 11 (1) and 11(2) following contents:

"Article 11 (1). Suspension of operations of mass media

1. In case of identification of cases of making by mass media of the actions contradicting their authorized purposes, the authorized body of the state accounting of mass media sends written notices, to these mass media and establishes the term of their elimination.

2. In case of non-compliance with provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan by mass media, the Attorney-General of the Republic of Tajikistan or prosecutors subordinated to it distribute to mass media the written instruction about elimination of offenses and establish terms of their elimination.

3. If at the scheduled time the offenses which formed the basis for pronouncement of the written instruction or the written notice are not eliminated, the Attorney-General of the Republic of Tajikistan, prosecutors subordinated to it or authorized body of the state accounting of mass media has the right to take a legal action about the suspension of operations of mass media according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. The procedure for suspension of operations of mass media in case of emergency state is determined by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Article 11 (2). Termination of activities of mass media

1. Activities of mass media stop on the following bases;

- according to the decision of the founder;

- in connection with reorganization (merge, accession, separation, allocation, transformation) of mass media;
