About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts"

Article 1. Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts" of April 3, 2002, ZR-320, (further - the Law) to add with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. If execution of the requirement of the regulation provided by the bill can be performed only by acceptance of the Government of the Republic of Armenia or other legal act provided by this draft decision, or its execution is directly caused by adoption of other legal act, then in case of representation by the Government of the Republic of Armenia on power to initiate legislation of the draft of the represented law for discussion of National assembly, in the certificate of reasons for adoption of the represented legal act attached to it, and in case of the bill provided on power to initiate legislation by the deputy of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia in the conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Armenia represented according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National assembly" it is noted:
1) the provided term of decision making of the Government of the Republic of Armenia or other legal act.".
Article 2. To add part 4 of article 37 of the Law with the new paragraph of the following content:
"If execution of the requirement of the regulation provided by the law can be performed only by acceptance of the Government of the Republic of Armenia or other legal act provided by this draft decision, or its execution is directly caused by adoption of other legal act, then are established by transitional provisions of the law:
1) those parts of the law which will be effective from the moment of entry into force of the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia or other legal act;
2) the term provided for decision making of the Government of the Republic of Armenia or other legal act.".
