About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts"

Article 1. Part 7 of article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal acts" of April 3, 2002, ZR-320, (further - the Law) to state in the following edition:
"7. Regulatory legal acts of the Council of Elders of Yerevan and the head of community and legal acts adopted by referendum in the city of Yerevan go to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia within 3 days following behind day of their acceptance.".
Article 2. In article 63 of the Law:
Part 3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3. Regulatory legal acts of the Council of Elders of Yerevan and the head of community are officially published in "Sheets of legal acts of Yerevan" within ten days following behind day of their obtaining.";
2) part 6 to recognize invalid.
Article 3. To state article 66 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 66. Structure of "Sheets of legal acts of community" and "Sheets of legal acts of Yerevan"
1. "Sheets of legal acts of community" consist of the following Sections:
1) decisions of the Council of Elders of community are published in the first Section;
2) decisions of the head of community are published in the second Section;
3) the court resolutions noted in part one of article 57 of this Law are published in appropriate sections;
4) by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia or from the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia in "Sheets of legal acts of community" also other Sections can be provided.
2. "Sheets of legal acts of Yerevan" consist of the following Sections:
1) decisions of the Council of Elders of community are published in the first Section;
2) decisions of the head of community are published in the second Section;
