About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine concerning their reduction in compliance with the legislation
According to Item "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine decided 11 parts three of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine concerning reduction them in compliance with the legislation which are applied.
2. Submit to legal management this order on state registration in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. Control over the implementation of this order to assign to the First Deputy Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine - the state representative M. Nizhnik.
