About modification and amendments in appendix to the Order of the Government No. 94 of February 1, 2013.
The government DECIDES:
In appendix to the Order of the Government No. 94 of February 1, 2013. "About approval of the Regulations on estimation of collective achievements" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 26, of the Art. 128), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
The subitem 4) to state 1) in Item 12 in the following edition:
"4) administrative authorities and deconcentrated public services of the ministry / or subordinated to the ministry and other central administrative authority, other bodies of public management as a part of which structural divisions are not organized it is developed and submitted to the direct head of higher body of public management for approval";
Item 13 to add 2) with the following offer at the end: "The annual plan of actions can join also other components if the head of body of public management / the chief of division considers that they are important for effective implementation of the planned activities";
3) in Item 18 the text "the body of public management, administrative authorities subordinated to the ministries, deconcentrated public services of the ministry (or subordinated to the ministry) and other central administrative authority" to replace with the text "administrative authority and deconcentrated public services of the ministry (or subordinated to the ministry) and other central administrative authority";
Item 59 to add 4) with the second paragraph of the following content at the end:
"In case of autonomous structural division as a part of which other structural divisions are organized assessment is calculated from the average size of the points established for the structural divisions which are its part";
