About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About drugs and psychotropic substances"

Article 1. From part 1 of article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About drugs and psychotropic substances" of December 26, 2002, ZR-518-N (further - the Law) to exclude the offer "They are destroyed in the procedure established by the Government.".
Article 2. To add article 44 of the Law with items 4 and 5 following contents:
"4. The bodies interfering drug trafficking, psychotropic substance and their precursors for the purpose of use in expert activities can create set of samples of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors withdrawn from illicit trafficking in case of opportunity with the description of technical processes of their production.
5. The procedure and necessary regulations of creation, replenishment of set of samples, transfers of samples of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors withdrawn from illicit trafficking by the bodies interfering drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
