About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning ensuring the right to formation of persons whose residence is the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Part the second article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About general secondary education" (1999, No. 28, the Art. 230) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Persons whose residence is the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation (for its carrying out) have the right to pass State Final Examination and to receive the document of the state sample on the complete general secondary education according to the procedure established by the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of education".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 37-38, of Art. 2004; 2015, No. 28, Art. 244):

Part one of Article 13 to add 1) with Item 24-1 of the following content:

"24-1) will promulgate the list of the higher educational institutions located in the territory of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions (where regional military civil authorities), and the higher educational institutions evacuated from the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation (for its carrying out perform the powers) and temporarily occupied territory";
