About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About vessels of aksakals"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About vessels of aksakals" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 8, the Art. 378) the following changes:

1) in Article 9:

a) part 1 after the words "at least five years" to add with the words "not having criminal record";

b) add Article with part 3 following of content:

"By hearing of cases members of courts of aksakals need to adhere to official style of clothes.";

2) in Article 11:

a) regarding 2 words "their executive bodies" shall be replaced with words "executive bodies of local self-government";

b) in state language after the words "Bir Mail" to add part 5 of the text with the word "dareg";

Article 29 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 29. Distribution of fines

The fines imposed by court of aksakals are enlisted in the local budget from which 70 percent are aimed at providing implementation of activities of court of aksakals.";

Article 33 to state 4) in the following edition:

"Article 33. Material logistics of vessels of aksakals

Material logistics of activity of the courts of aksakals and encouragement of members of courts of aksakals are performed at the expense of means of the corresponding local budget, and also means arriving from different legal entities and citizens, according to the procedure, approved as the local kenesh.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
