About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

Check of target use of part of the soft credit according to the state order issued for financing of the works postponed for the next favorable period is performed based on the acceptance act in operation of these works. The specified act is transferred by the customer to the bank in time which is not exceeding seven working days after its approval.";
