About modification of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About increase in prestigiousness of miner's work" concerning workers of potassium-magnesium and ozokeritny mines

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. In article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About increase in prestigiousness of miner's work" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2008, No. 42-43, of Art. 293; 2009, 51, the Art. 758) the words "manganese and uranium ores" shall be replaced with words No. "manganese, uranium, magnesian (salts potassium-magnesium and salts magnesian) and ozokeritny ores".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2017.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of publication of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
