Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 10, 2002 "About electric communication" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2002, No. 4, h 2, Art. 323; 2006, No. 3, Art. 156; 2008, No. 3, Art. 198, No. 12, h 2, Art. 996; 2013 No. 12, Art. 891; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 25, 2015, No. 1271) the following amendments:
1. Add Article 19 with part two of the following content:
"In case of use of services of electric communication from children, their parents have the right from operators and providers the relevant free information on use of services of electric communication.".
2. To add part one of Article 20 with the paragraph the fourth the following content:
"-free of charge to provide to parents information on use of services of electric communication from their children;".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
