About modification of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 16, 2013 No. 365
According to requirements of Articles 7, of 25, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and Sections II and III of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 16, 2013 No. 365 "About procedure for receipt of funds in foreign currency on current accounts of physical persons within Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 16, 2013 for No. 1592/24124, after the paragraph of third to add with the new paragraph the fourth the following content:
"on transfer of means from repayment of the registered savings (deposit) certificates nominated in foreign currency and percent on them".
2. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work, and to banks of Ukraine - to data of clients.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Churiya A. E.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
