About modification of Item 53 (2) Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation

State Item 53 (2) Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313; 2013, No. 38, the Art. 4831), in the following edition:
"53(2). Financial and economic reasons to the federal law draft in pursuance of which acceptance of number of acts of the Government is supposed shall contain including calculations of expenses for implementation of the decisions provided by these drafts of acts of the Government, except as specified when the federal law draft provides the right (not obligation) of the Government to adopt the acts of the Government exerting impact on the income and expenses of the relevant budget of budget system of the Russian Federation, legal entities and physical persons and (or) when the federal law draft does not determine the specific decisions exerting impact on the specified income and expenses and extending to certain circle of legal entities and physical persons.".
