Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of June 12, 2002 No. 67-FZ "About basic guarantees of the voting rights and the participation rights in referendum of citizens of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 24, Art. 2253; 2005, No. 30, Art. 3104; 2006, No. 50, Art. 5303; 2007, No. 18, Art. 2118; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4291; 2016, No. 11, Art. 1493) following changes:

1) in Article 48:
