Article 1. 1. Article 6 after the words "The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tajikistan" to add with the words "The Ombudsman for Children in the Republic of Tajikistan".

2. Regarding 1 Article 36:

- add with Item 12 of the following content:

"12. Consent on statement of the Ombudsman for Children;";

- respectively to consider Items 12-18 Items 13-19.
