"8. The absentee ballot is not issued to the voters wishing to participate in vote in other constituency or on other polling precinct within one settlement.".

2. To provide to legal department of the office of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
