Article 1. "About foreign persons" of December 25, 2006 to state part 2 of article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-47-N (further - the Law) in the following edition:

The new work permit, according to the procedure, can be provided to the foreign citizen by the established this Law.".
Article 2. To state the Item "and" of article 25 of the Law in the following edition:
"a) the market situation of work of the Republic of Armenia on the basis of the analysis of the last does not resolve this work;".
Article 3. 2 Articles 27, part 2 Articles 28, part 3 of article 45 of the Law before the word "representative" to add part with the words "in the field of work and employment of foreign persons".
Article 4. This law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of official publication.
