"About approval of the document forms applied when implementing the state quality control of the medicines imported into Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 8, 2013 for No. 234/22766, to state subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of January 21, 2013 to No. 39 in the following edition:
"1.4. The report of the subject of managing concerning results of control of active pharmaceutical ingredients (substances) and products of "in bulk" which is applied.".
2. Imported into Ukraine of medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of January 21, 2013 No. 39 "About approval of the document forms applied when implementing the state quality control of the medicines imported into Ukraine", registered on February 8, 2013 at No. 234/22766, to be reworded as follows the application form about issue of the conclusion about quality the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which is applied.
