"Article 7.1. Hearing of information of representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation on annual state and national reports
1. Hearing by chambers of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of information of representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation on the state and national reports is performed in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation.
2. The auditor of Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation heading the corresponding activity of Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation is invited to meeting of chamber of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation within hearing of information on the state or national report together with representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation and other officials for performance with the supporting report.
3. During hearing of information on the annual state or national report questions of efficiency of use of means of the federal budget in the corresponding directions, and also questions of achievement of the target indicators approved by state programs of the Russian Federation are without fail discussed.".
