About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state non-profit organizations"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on February 22, 2007

Article 1. "About the state non-profit organizations" (ZR-248, of October 23, 2001) to add part 2 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with new paragraphs of the following content:

"Founder of School of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Armenia is the Republic of Armenia, on behalf of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Armenia.

Founder of Judicial school of the Republic of Armenia is the Republic of Armenia, on behalf of Council of chairmen of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after day of official publication.
