1) in the subitem "b" of item 4 of Article 22 of the word "documents on staff," to exclude;
To add 2) with Article 22.1 of the following content:
"Article 22.1. Terms of temporary document storage on staff
1. The documents on staff (except for the documents specified in part 3 of this Article) created till 2003 are stored:
1) in the state bodies, local government bodies and the organizations acting as sources of completing of the Public and municipal Records Offices archive documents - within 75 years from the date of creation with conducting examination of value of documents after the expiration of the specified storage duration;
2) in the Public and municipal Records Offices in which documents on staff of the liquidated state bodies, local government bodies, the state, municipal and non-state organizations arrive, - from receipt date and before the expiration of 75 years from the date of creation with conducting examination of value of documents after the expiration of the specified storage duration;
3) in other organizations - at least 75 years from the date of creation.
2. The documents on staff (except for the documents specified in part 3 of this Article) created since 2003 are stored:
1) in the state bodies, local government bodies and the organizations acting as sources of completing of the Public and municipal Records Offices archive documents - within 50 years from the date of creation with conducting examination of value of documents after the expiration of the specified storage duration;
