Accounting of accumulative fees on personalized accumulation accounts of participants of accumulative and mortgage system is made monthly, to the 10th of current month, at the rate of one twelfth annual accumulative fees on one participant of accumulative and mortgage system, except for participants of accumulative and mortgage system who receive accumulatings for housing providing under agreements of target housing loans for repayment of mortgage loans as of January 1 of the current year.
