To the fixed officials together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to take measures for implementation of system work in the field of foreign economic activity of the commissions, committees, the councils created within international treaties of the Government of the Republic of Belarus with the governments of foreign states, the commissions and councils on development of cooperation with the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States and regions of the Russian Federation, having provided carrying out regular, at least once a quarter, meetings of the Belarusian parts of the intergovernmental commissions for the solution of problematic issues of promotion of the Belarusian commodity export and services on the markets of foreign states.
4. To heads of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, chairmen of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom, public institution "Administration of the Park of high technologies", the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry:
