Paragraph two of part 5 to state 1) in the following edition:
"attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials and legal entities in the amount of one stopyatidesyaty refunding rate of the Central bank of the Russian Federation from cash amount returned to the Russian Federation with violation of fixed term for each day of delay of return to the Russian Federation of such money and (or) in the amount of three fourth to one size of cash amount which is not returned to the Russian Federation.";
2) in the note 5 of the word", established by part 4 of this Article, expressed in the size, multiple cash amount enlisted into accounts in authorized banks with violation of fixed term it is performed" shall be replaced with words "for administrative offenses for which administrative responsibility is established by part 4 of this Article in case of transfer into accounts in authorized banks with violation of fixed term it is performed";
To add 3) with the note 6 of the following content:
"6. Calculation of administrative penalty for administrative offenses for which administrative responsibility is established by part 5 of this Article in case of return to the Russian Federation of the corresponding money with violation of fixed term is performed proceeding from the size of refunding rate of the Central bank of the Russian Federation operating during delay.".
