Article 1. Part 5 of article 41 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal profession" of December 14, 2004, ZR-29-N to add with Item 12 of the following content:
"12) the persons having mental disturbances, who are treated in the psychiatric organizations.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
