About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About judicial service"

Article 1. Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About judicial service" of July 7, 2006, ZR-159-N (further – the Law) to add with part 4 following of content:

"4. The face which graduated from Academy of Justice included in the candidate list in the judge after submission of the statement, within two weeks, irrespective of availability of vacant positions, is attracted for work of legal nature at least the leading expert corresponding to the passport of position in the central body of Judicial department, or, in its consent, in structural division of Judicial department, by means of the conclusion with it the terminal employment contract.".

Article 2. The first offer of part 8 of article 26 of the Law after the word "send" to add with the word "in addition".

Article 3. In article 27 of the Law:

Article 4. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective on January 1, 2014.

2. Operation of article 1 of this Law extends also to the persons who were trained in the state non-profit organizations "Judicial School of the Republic of Armenia" and included in the candidate list in the judge.
