in the Rules of consular legalization approved by the specified order:
add with Item 18-1 of the following content:
"18-1. For carrying out additional studying or check of compliance of documents and acts to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Department of consular service addresses for official explanation in the organizations and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the foreign states accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
2. To provide to department of consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
