About modification of the Customs code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state Item 6 of Article 105 of the Customs code of the Republic of Armenia of July 6, 2000 in the following edition:
"6. The physical persons arriving to the Republic of Armenia for permanent residence can import the property for private use without customs duty payment.
The same person can use the privilege provided by this Item once within five years.
Citizens of the Republic of Armenia in the interval of time preceding day of arrival for permanent residence, five years which constantly lived, at least, out of the territory of the Republic of Armenia, the foreign citizens and persons which do not have nationality are considered as the physical persons arriving to the Republic of Armenia for permanent residence.
In understanding of this law constantly living out of the territory of the Republic of Armenia is considered person who in the considered interval of time within each calendar year in total was out of the territory of the Republic of Armenia more than 183 days.

The property for private use of the physical persons arriving to the Republic of Armenia for permanent residence shall be imported within 180 days prior or subsequent to day of arrival in the Republic of Armenia for the purpose of permanent residence.
