Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About compensation of damage from construction of the Toktogul hydroelectric power station and water storage basin in the territory of the Toktogul district and the village of Zhazykechuu of the city of Karakul of the Jalal-Abad region" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 3, the Art. 84) the following changes:
And in all text of the Law in official language of the word "village of Zhazykechuu of the city of Karakul" in different case forms shall be replaced with words 1) in the name "the village of Zhazykechuu of the city of Karakul" in the corresponding cases;
2) in Article 6:
regarding 1 word "account of Special fund of the budget of the Toktogul district" shall be replaced with words "the special account of the Toktogul district and village of Zhazykechuu of the city of Karakul of the Jalal-Abad region";
regarding 2 words "account of Special fund" shall be replaced with words "the special account of the Toktogul district and village of Zhazykechuu of the city of Karakul of the Jalal-Abad region".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
Declare invalid the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About compensation of damage from construction of the Toktogul hydroelectric power station and water storage basin in the territory of the Toktogul district and the village of Zhazykechuu of the city of Karakul of the Jalal-Abad region" of March 31, 2011 No. 9 (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 3, the Art. 167).
