Article 1. Add the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" (of June 24, 1997, ZR-137) Article 11.1 of the following content:
"Article 11.1. Provision of budget guarantee Fonda, guaranteeing compensation of deposits
1. If at the time of emergence of case of compensation banking system stability of the Republic of Armenia (feasibility and/or solvency), then by the decision of the government of the Republic of Armenia Fonda, guaranteeing compensation of deposits can be endangered, the budget guarantee at least at three years, without utility can be provided.
2. The budget guarantee provided Fonda, guaranteeing compensation of deposits is signed from the head of the state authorized body of management of public finances or temporarily fulfilling its duties, based on the decision of the government of the Republic of Armenia provided by part one of this Article.
3. Rules of the second paragraph two of part and the fourth part of article 11 of this Law do not extend to the relations of provision of budget guarantee Fonda, guaranteeing compensation of deposits.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
