About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. In Item 1.1 of article 28.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" of June 24, 1997, ZR-137:
The subitem "a" to state 1) in the following edition:
"a) from the local taxes:
- land tax - for the earth which is in the administrative territory of community
- the property tax - for the property which is in the administrative territory of community
- hotel tax,
- tax on parking places of vehicles;".
The subitem "b" to declare 2) invalid.
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
