of December 8, 2015 No. 862-VIII

About modification of the Land code of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the mechanism of transfer of the parcels of land alienated for social needs or based on social necessity

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Article 122 of the Land code of Ukraine (2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part ten of the following content:

"10. The parcels of land which are withdrawn, redeemed or are compulsorily alienated for social needs or based on social necessity, are provided in use for such needs of the executive bodies and local government bodies which made the decision on their withdrawal, the redemption or compulsory acquisition for social needs or based on social necessity".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
