About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine on providing guarantees of social protection of former employees of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine and members of their families

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 29, Art. 399 with subsequent changes):

To add 1) regarding the sixteenth article 43 after the words "at the time of appointment" with the words "or payments", and shall be replaced with words the words "the granted pension is subject to immediate recalculation" "pension is appointed taking into account such changes and/or innovations, and the granted pension is subject to immediate recalculation";

Article 63 after part two to add 2) with new part of the following content:

"Recalculation of pensions to faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine (militia) which have the right to provision of pensions or receive pension on the terms of this Law, it is performed taking into account types of cash cover, monthly additional types of cash cover (allowances, surcharges, increases) and awards in the sizes established by the legislation for police officers".

2.
