1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 25, 2015 No. 325 "About approval of Rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 27-28, 168) the following amendment:
in the Rules of use of reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 24 with part six of the following content:
"In case of assignment from reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for target transfer the relevant state body performing rights of possession and uses of the state block of shares of the legal entity created according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and performing activities for the organization and holding the international specialized exhibition in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan represents to authorized body on budget implementation the petition for assignment with appendix of summary calculations and reasons for target transfer.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
