Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 15, 2014 No. 209 "About approval of Rules of marginal determination of prices of wholesale of the commodity and liquefied oil gas in the domestic market" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10120), the following changes and amendment:

15. Offers on the marginal level of prices of wholesale of commodity gas are developed by authorized body no later than sixty five calendar days prior to the beginning of the corresponding period and introduced with appendix of the data used in case of development on approval in authorized body on state planning
The term of approval of offers shall not exceed thirty five calendar days.";
