to state heading of the Order in the following edition:
"About approval of Rules of creation and stock holding of pesticides (agricultural chemicals) for holding actions for quarantine of plants";
to state Item 1 of the Order in the following edition:
"1. Approve the enclosed Rules of creation and stock holding of pesticides (agricultural chemicals) for holding actions for quarantine of plants.";
in Rules of creation of inventory of pesticides (agricultural chemicals) for holding actions for quarantine of the plants (further – Rules) approved by the specified order:
