Bring in the Procedure for alienation of objects of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 6, 2007 No. 803 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 43, Art. 1714; 2008, No. 6, Art. 146, No. 28, Art. 874; 2009, No. 48, Art. 1624; 2010, No. 16, Art. 741; 2011, No. 35, Art. 1451; 2012, No. 87, the Art. 3546), changes which are applied.

The changes made to the Procedure for alienation of objects of state-owned property

1. In Item 6:

to add the paragraph of the eighth after the words "property acquisition" with words ", this Item specified in the paragraph the second,";

add Item after the paragraph of the eighth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Alienation of other property of the subjects of managing carried to the sphere of management of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is performed by such subjects based on consent provided by Fund of state-owned property according to this Procedure.".
