1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Technique of determination of payment for environmental pollution in the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 19, 2011 No. 559 the following amendments and changes:
in the Technique of determination of payment for environmental pollution in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- the fourth Item 3 after the words "placement of waste" to add the paragraph with the words "and mountain dumps";
- in item 4:
in the third offer of figure and the word "2002" to replace with figures and words "III quarter 2015";
in paragraph five of figure and the word "2002" to replace with figures and words "III quarter 2015";
- in the paragraph the fifteenth Item of the 10th figure "1,2" to replace with figures of "3,24";
- in paragraph five of Item 15 of the word "delivered and/or made" shall be replaced with words "used by portable sources and/or implemented to third-party consumers";
- in the paragraph the sixteenth Item of the 18th figure "1,2" to replace with figures of "10,5";
- in Item 22 shall be replaced with words the word of "limits" "standard rates of quality of sewage";
- in the paragraph the eighteenth Item of the 25th figure "1,2" to replace with figures of "3,24";
add with Chapter 8 of the following content:
