For the purpose of optimization of the regulatory legal base of regulation of business activity and enhancement of financial and economic mechanisms of environmental protection, settlement and elimination of the available legal gaps, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" and article 40 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About environmental protection" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Technique of determination of payment for environmental pollution in the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 19, 2011 No. 559 the following changes and amendments:
in the Technique of determination of payment for environmental pollution in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named resolution:
- in all text:
shall be replaced with words the words "in water objects" "to the environment";
shall be replaced with words the word "user of nature" in different cases "business entity" in the corresponding cases;
- Item 1 after the words "About Environmental Protection"," to add with the words "The General Technical Regulation on Providing Ecological Safety in the Kyrgyz Republic" and";
- in Item 2 of the word "production economic activity in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - users of nature)" shall be replaced with words "economic activity which attracts the impact on the environment specified in Item 3 of this Technique (further - business entity)";
- state Item 3 in the following edition:
