Shall be replaced with words 1) in part 13 of Article 36 of the word "with observance" "including taking into account", to add with the offer of the following content: "The commission on development of the territorial program of compulsory medical insurance provides modification of the territorial program of compulsory medical insurance, including according to the agreement specified in this part.";
Part 2 of Article 44 to add 2) with Item 16 of the following content:
"16) the information about the health worker elected as insured person in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for receipt of primary health care.";
3) Article 50 to add with part 11.1 following of content:
"11.1. After completion of realization the remaining balance of means which is not used as of January 1 of the current financial year formed in the Rostec State corporation as a result of incomplete use of the subsidies provided according to Item 3 of part 6 of this Article of budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation specified regarding 1 this Article of programs is subject to return to the income of the relevant budget of the subject of the Russian Federation from which they were presented, during the first 5 working days of the current financial year.";
