Based on article 11 of the Code of inland water transport of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 1999 "About pricing", the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1588 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about features of forming of rates on inland water transport.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
