About introduction of amendments to the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of February 20, 2009 No. 95
According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial examination", Item 9 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 2011 "About payment terms of work of employees of the public specialized agencies of judicial examinations" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2014 No. 110 "Questions of compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" I ORDER to No. 314:
1. Bring in the Payment terms of work of employees of the transport, social and operational and repair organizations, and also scientific, research and specialized agencies of the Security Service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of February 20, 2009 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice Ukraine on March 24, 2009 at No. 270/16286 (with changes), the following changes:
Paragraph one of the note 1 to appendix 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1. Official (monthly) pay rates, the tariff charges since January 1, 2014 are calculated proceeding from the size of official (monthly) pay rate, the tariff charge of the worker of 1 job grade - 852 hryvnias.";
The note 1 to appendix 6 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. Divisions which directly perform scientific, scientific and technical activities according to the Law of Ukraine "About scientific and scientific and technical activities", and also divisions which directly perform judicial and expert activities according to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial examination" treat the main departments (departments, laboratories, sectors).".
