1. 2. 3. To provide to financial and economic service of the Security Service of Ukraine provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To acquaint staff of the Security Service of Ukraine in the part concerning it with the order.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

1. General provisions

1.1. These Conditions are applied in case of calculation of the salary of workers of the headquarters of the Anti-terrorist center under the Security Service of Ukraine, the transport, social and operational and repair organizations, and also scientific, research and specialized agencies of the Security Service of Ukraine (further - the organizations and SB organizations of Ukraine).

1.2. Compensation of employees of SB of Ukraine is performed for actually worked time, proceeding from official (monthly) pay rate, the tariff charge, taking into account the extreme amount of surcharges and allowances, stipulated by the legislation Ukraine. 1.3. Changes of the sizes of the official (monthly) pay rates, tariff charges, surcharges and allowances determining the salary of workers are carried out:

in case of change of the size of official (monthly) pay rate, the tariff charge of the worker of 1 job grade;

in case of change of tariff coefficients;

in case of position assignment of the specialist of the corresponding qualification - from the date of the announcement of it the order on staff or the day specified in the order on appointment;

in case of assignment of honorary title. Day of assignment of honorary title is date of the Presidential decree of Ukraine;

in case of award of scientific degree - from the date of adoption by the Highest certifying commission of the decision on issue of the diploma;

in case of assignment of academic status - from the date of signing of the relevant order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine or adoption of the relevant decision by the Highest certifying commission;

in case of assignment of qualification category - from the date of the announcement of it the order of the organization and SB organization of Ukraine on approval of the solution of certifying commission;

in case of increase or reduction of amount of works - from the date of change in accordance with the established procedure regular (planned) indicators (introduction to the state of positions and so forth);

in case of change of length of service.

1.4. Determination of the size of the salary is carried out separately on the main position and in case of part-time job.

2. Procedure for determination of official pay rates of workers

2.1. The sizes of official (monthly) pay rates, tariff charges of employees of SB of Ukraine are determined by job grades of the Single scale of charges which are established to specialists and employees depending on the available qualification category, the worker - depending on the qualification category within the range determined for these positions (professions) by Reference books of qualification characteristics of professions of workers.

2.2. The specific sizes of official (monthly) pay rates, tariff charges of employees of the organizations and SB organizations of Ukraine are determined by job grades and coefficients on compensation of employees of the transport, social and operational and repair organizations, and also scientific, research and the SB specialized agencies of Ukraine - according to appendix 1 and schemes of job grades - according to appendices 2 - 6 taking into account indicators of the organizations and their structural divisions, and also separate professions of employees of SB of Ukraine carried to groups on compensation of workers.

2.3. Official pay rates of deputy managers of the transport, social and operational and repair organizations, and also scientific, research and the SB specialized agencies of Ukraine, their structural divisions are established for 5 - 15 percent, chief accountants - for 10 - 30 percent, assistants to heads - is 30 - 40 percent lower than official pay rate of the corresponding head.

3. Procedure for establishment of additional types of the salary

3.1. Heads of the organizations and SB organizations of Ukraine within the salary fund approved in estimates have the right to establish to workers such allowances:

1) at the rate to 50 percent of official (monthly) pay rate, the tariff charge:

for high achievements in work;

for accomplishment of especially important work (for the term of its accomplishment);

for complexity, intensity in work.

The extreme size of the specified allowances for one worker shall not exceed 50 percent of official (monthly) pay rate, the tariff charge.
