Part 2 of Article 29.10 to add 3) with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of purpose of administrative punishment with assignment of obligation to undergo diagnostics, preventive actions, treatment for drug addiction and (or) medical and (or) social resettlement in connection with consumption of drugs or psychotropic substances without appointment of the doctor or new potentially dangerous psychoactive agents in the resolution on the case of administrative offense the judge establishes the term during which person shall address to the corresponding medical organization or organization of social resettlement. The specified term is estimated from the date of the introduction in legal force of the resolution on the case of administrative offense.".
